ENROLLMENT WINDOWS

Spring 2025: 06 - 17 January 2025


Step 1 - Go to WINGS and create an account. 

Step 2 - Login to your new account and select:

"ROTC Applicant (Prospect)" and complete your profile. Answer all screening questions, to include emergency contact data, youth/military experience, drug & alcohol, and prohibited activities questions.

For detailed instructions on how to complete your profile, please refer to the following document: "Wings Module - Applicant Admissions Document".

There's no need to fill out and complete the attachments in WINGS, as they will be completed during your enrollment session. 

Step 3 - Complete the following Pre-Screening Questionnaire.

Step 4 - The Recruiting Officer will review your WINGS profile/Pre-Screening Questionnaire and contact you to schedule a virtual one-on-one pre-enrollment interview.

Step 5 - After successfully completing the pre-enrollment interview, attend an in-person enrollment session at our Detachment. The session will take place during the enrollment window and will be coordinated in advance. (Note: If you are under the age of 18, you are required to bring a legal guardian to sign several documents.)

Finally, please bring the following documents to your in-person enrollment session:

  1. Birth Certificate (must be the ORIGINAL or with raised seal)
  2. Proof of US Citizenship (e.g. US passport, Naturalization Certificate, INS Certificate, FS-240, Report of Birth Abroad (if born outside the US, or its territories)
    - Non-US Citizens: Permanent Resident (Green) Card
  3. Signed Social Security Card (original)
  4. Copy of your SAT/ACT scores (incoming freshmen ONLY)
  5. Selective Service Card/Printout (males 18 years or older ONLY)
  6. DD Form 214, Certificate of Discharge (prior-service personnel ONLY)
  7. Official High School (incoming freshmen ONLY) or College Transcripts (current college students)
  8. Completed Air Force ROTC Pre-Participatory Sports Physical (Requires doctor's signature)
  9. Any information or documentation on involvements with civil, military, school authorities, or law enforcement officials (you should know the type of involvement, date of involvement, name of authority/court and city, and the disposition/finding)
